




Looking through Carla Fernandez Andrade's portfolio of dreamy, evocative photography, it's hard to believe that shooting photos is just a hobby for her. Working as a television producer by day, Andrade moonlights with her passion, taking photos with an eye for simple storytelling and sweeping landscapes. In Last Return, a collection of misty, expansive landscape photos, the talented young photographer has created an allegory for the origin of the universe. She says that the starkly sublime images are an attempt "to draw a powerful and magical world to which the human being becomes insignificant." Mission accomplished.
