Emilie Nicolas "Grown Up"

André Chocron‘s video for “Grown Up,” a haunting track from Norwegian up-and-comer Emilie Nicolas, is a perfect example of the music video magic that can be pulled off with found footage. Made entirely using 8mm footage from Nicolas’s childhood holidays, the grainy, light-washed visuals add a nostalgic element to the 25-year-old Norwegian singer’s haunting, melancholic voice. A wonderful example of sound-sensitive editing.
