Thailand on Film by Varunyoo Thongdee

In the hot, sticky climate of southeast Asia, time slows down to a torpid pace. There’s not much you want to do beside find some shade and chill out. Thai photographer Varunyoo Thongdee captures the mood nicely in the analog images he shoots in his homeland. With various western female travelers acting acting as his as muses, Varunyoo shoots dreamy photos of languid moments in the tropical heat. With his own darkroom at his house in Pai, in northern Thailand, he rejuvenates a dying art by doing the printing process himself. Cool.
