Frames of Life

For 7stories, a project from the Canary Islands tourism board, seven influential creatives were called upon to make short videos promoting travel in the islands. Each filmmaker was assigned one of the Spanish archipelago’s seven main islands to cover, and given creative licence to show off their skills. Parisian director Günther Gheeraert‘s assignment was La Palma, the Canaries’ most northwesterly island, which he shot with a Canon 5D Mark III. “Frames of Life” is a beautiful portrait of place.
